When you sign up, you complete a short style quiz covering your aesthetic, metal preferences, lifestyle, and jewellery habits. Based on your answers, our stylists hand-pick pieces from our collection and deliver them on your chosen schedule. No algorithms — real curation, every time.
We offer three subscription types: Monthly, Quarterly, and a Special Occasion Plan where you choose 4 or 6 specific dates throughout the year.
Monthly — a curated box every month.
Quarterly — a seasonal refresh every three months.
Special Occasion Plan — you choose 4 or 6 specific dates in the year (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.) to receive your box. Packages are dispatched so they arrive up to 5 days before your chosen date.
Each plan comes in two sizes: Standard (3 pieces) or Extra (5 pieces).
Standard boxes contain 3 curated pieces. Extra boxes contain 5 curated pieces. Both are hand-picked from the same quality collection — Extra is simply more of a good thing, and priced accordingly.
The Special Occasion Plan lets you choose up to 4 or 6 meaningful dates throughout the year — think birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or promotions. We curate a Standard box (3 pieces) for each date and dispatch it so it lands up to 5 days before your chosen day.
Plans are billed annually: 4-Box Plan £250 · 6-Box Plan £399.
Yes. We offer a one-off box starting from £65 — no subscription attached, no commitment. You take the style quiz, we curate 3–5 pieces just for you, and it arrives within our standard delivery window. If you love it, you can subscribe afterwards. We'll never auto-enrol you.

Yes — paying annually works out significantly cheaper than monthly billing. For example, Monthly Standard costs £55/month (£660/year), whereas the annual plan is £599 — a saving of £61. See the pricing table above for all annual rates.
Yes. Log in → Manage Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades and downgrades take effect subject to our 30-day lead time before your next billing date. If you have any questions about switching, email us and we'll help.

Gift a box →Either works. If you know their style well, you can complete the quiz on their behalf — it only takes a few minutes. If you'd rather let them input their own preferences, we'll send them a personal gift link so they can fill it in themselves. No spoilers required either way.

Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free — made from sterling silver, 14k+ gold vermeil/gold-filled, titanium, and similar premium metals. If you have a specific sensitivity (e.g., copper or brass), please note it in your style profile and we'll tailor your selections accordingly.
Update style profile →We require our suppliers to meet minimum quality and sourcing standards for all metals and gemstones. Our lab-grown diamonds and Moissanite are produced without the environmental and ethical concerns of mined stones. We're continuously improving our sourcing standards and will always communicate our material origins transparently.
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most EU countries. If your country isn't listed, get in touch — we're always looking to expand.
Once your style quiz is complete and your first payment is processed, we take up to 7 days to curate and prepare your box. After dispatch, delivery times are:

Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. We'll also notify you when your box is packed (2–3 days before dispatch) and again when it arrives in the UK for domestic delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Yes — log in → Settings → Update Address. The 30-day lead time applies: changes made fewer than 30 days before dispatch apply to the following box, not the current one. If it's urgent, email us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Go to My Account →Your delivery carrier will follow their standard procedure — this typically means leaving the package with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at a local collection point. You'll receive a notification from the carrier with details. If you have specific delivery preferences, you can often set these directly with the carrier once you have your tracking number.
Processing takes up to 7 days, then delivery times are UK 10 days, USA 12 days, Canada 15 days. Check your tracking email first — if you're past the expected delivery date, please email us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Email us →Delivery company at fault: We'll file a claim on your behalf and offer a full refund or resend your box with a bonus item for the inconvenience.
Wrong address provided by you: Contact your delivery provider directly with your tracking number to redirect the parcel. Email us and we'll support where we can — if it's too late to redirect, we can offer 25–50% off your next box as a goodwill gesture.

We're sorry to hear that. Please use the return form below — include photos of the damaged pieces. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt so we can act quickly.

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your box to return unworn, untagged items in their original packaging. Partial refunds apply based on how many pieces you return (same scale as above). Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Start a return →That shouldn't happen with our quality standard, and we take it seriously. Please contact us with photos and your order number. We'll offer a replacement piece or a discount on your next box, and we'll feed the issue back to the supplier.

Your bank may take additional time to process and post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please email us.

The outer packaging is designed to be discreet in transit and beautiful on arrival.
We're continuously improving our packaging. Our inner boxes and tissue paper are designed to minimise waste, and we avoid unnecessary fillers. We're actively working towards fully recyclable outer packaging. If you have specific concerns or feedback, we genuinely want to hear it — email us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy-now-pay-later options may be available depending on your location.
